The Department of Mechanical Engineering was established in June 2008 with an intake of sixty students but within a short span of the students intake increase to ninety students during the academic year 2009-2010. The Department is well known for maintaining a very high standard technical education and research. It also offers consultancy services in various industries for the benefit of students and faculty members. The Department encourage and help the students to participate in Technical events like Seminar, Symposium conducted by various colleges.
